Game Recap

What a wild night on the ice as The Association pulled off a thriller, edging out the Shorsey Snipers 7-6 in a goal-fest match. Both teams boasted an equal number of shots, with 22 each, but it was The Association who came out on top with some serious offensive prowess. The game saw plenty of penalty minutes with both teams racking up 4 each, but it was the power plays that really made the difference, with The Association converting 1 of their 5 opportunities and the Snipers netting 2 on 3 attempts. 

FeltyPack603 was a standout for the Snipers, lighting the lamp 3 times and adding 2 assists for a total of 5 points. Teaming up with dashDevvv, who contributed a short-handed goal and 3 assists, they kept the pressure on The Association's defense. JP Nasty also made his mark with 2 goals of his own, but it just wasn’t enough to secure the win in the end. 

On the side of The Association, Raterle and Mrmadmass both had a fantastic game, each scoring 3 and 1 goals respectively while also setting up a handful of plays for their teammates. Raterle had 2 assists to go along with his three goals for a total of 5 points, stealing the show alongside hockeymike2344 who added another 4 points to the board. WeThePeople#1829 had a tough night as the goalie, facing 23 shots and letting in 6, but pulled off 17 saves in a high-pressure situation. It was an absolute rollercoaster and a fitting battle between these two teams!
