What a showdown we had last night! The Rink Rivals Raiders took down Friendtip with a tight score of 3-2, showcasing some serious skill on the ice. Thxmsyy was the star of the night, netting both of his goals and even clinching the game-winner to seal the deal. OG MURPH 416 also had a standout performance, throwing down 19 hits and grabbing a goal for good measure while FloppyW3nis dished out 2 assists to make the scoreboard sing.
On the flip side, Friendtip put up a solid fight, with SophisticatedX delivering a strong performance, scoring a goal and assisting on another. WhoUsedAlltheTP found the back of the net too, but it just wasn't enough to carry the day. lRxfio had a decent showing with an assist, but the real story was the number of penalties they racked up, hitting 8 PIMs – that definitely slowed their momentum.
In the net, IamStillTyping stopped 24 shots for a solid game, while Skiippy x 97 faced a heavier barrage with 19 saves on 22 shots. The game had its share of physical play and tight moments, but in the end, the Raiders snatched the win and walked away with the two crucial points in their quest for glory.
