The Murder Muppets had their chances, firing off 13 shots, yet they just couldn't crack the defense of Friendtip or find the back of the net. CrazyJ0eDavola was flying around with 6 hits, while King Tougie and Cynders13 combined for a solid 8 shots, but it just wasn’t enough to make a dent.
On the other side, it was a solid outing for Friendtip. lRxfio was the star of the night, notching a goal and an assist, while Skiippy x 97 was a wall, stopping all 13 shots faced. SophisticatedX was slick with two assists, and mwags2424 got on the scoreboard too, proving that the away team was ready to take care of business.
It was a tough outing for the Murder Muppets as they ended up with zero conversions on the power play and could only muster 2 penalty minutes overall.
