The Brawlers came out swinging, delivering an impressive display on the ice with 11 shots on goal, but it was hockeymike2344 who stole the show lighting the lamp 4 times while adding an assist to rack up 5 points overall. OSplxshin wasn’t far behind, tallying 1 goal and 4 assists to help his squad roll over Arcade.
On the other side, HelenCheler found the back of the net for Arcade, grabbing a goal plus 2 helpers for a total of 3 points. Unfortunately, that was really all Arcade had to offer despite matching the Brawlers in shot count with 11 shots of their own. Jasonblaze065 was under siege all game and ended up stopping 5 of those shots, but the relentless pressure finally got to him, leading to his 6 goals against.
Defense may not have been the name of the game, but they surely contributed. Nobody got sent to the box for the Brawlers, while Arcade took 4 minor penalties.
